China Polypropylene Spunbonded Nonwoven Fabric Production Machine Supplier, Suppliers

Non woven fabric making machine is suitable for PP spunbond non woven fabric making. It is a process that includes extrusion of polymers to form continuous filaments, which will be later conditioned, stretched and deposited onto a conveyor belt to create the web, then will be embossed and winded into spunbond nonwoven fabric rolls.

Product Description

?
What is Non woven fabric making machine?
The Spunbond nonwoven fabric manufacturing machine is a full production line that produces endless filaments using the latest spunbond spinning technology and polypropylene granules as the raw material. The primary equipment used in the production of Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric (S), one of the most widely used types of nonwoven fabric manufacturing devices, is the spunbond nonwoven machine, a continuous, integrated production line that produces a fabric web directly from polymer granules, such as polypropylene.
PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Machine Models
Models: HG-1600S / HG-2400S / HG-3200S

These machines can produce spunbond nonwoven fabric with maximum widths of 1600mm, 2400mm, or 3200mm, ranging from 10-200GSM.

Typical Applications
Medical & Hygiene

Surgical gowns, masks, drapes, bed sheets, sterile packaging, baby diapers, feminine care products, and adult incontinence pads.

Agriculture & Gardening

Crop covers, weed control fabrics, plant protection sheets, greenhouse shading, soil stabilization mats, and landscape fabrics.

Packaging & Industrial

Shopping bags, protective wrapping, durable packaging, furniture backing, insulation layers, and industrial wipes.

Integrated Production System Key Zones
1. Feeding & Extrusion

PP chips & additives are melted in the extruder using heated barrels and a rotating screw.

2. Melt Pump & Spinning

Molten polymer is forced through the spinneret to form continuous fine filaments under constant pressure.

3. Quenching & Drawing

Cool air solidifies filaments, which are then stretched by high-speed air jets to increase strength.

4. Web Formation

Filaments are randomly scattered onto a moving belt with suction to form a uniform web with isotropic strength.

5. Thermal Bonding

The web passes through heated engraved rollers (calenders) to fuse filaments into a strong fabric.

6. Winding & Slitting

Finished fabric is wound into jumbo rolls and trimmed or slit to required widths.
