S spunbond nonwoven making machine line, which is also named single spinning beam spunbond nonwoven fabric production line, adopts a single set of extrusion machine and spinning components, referred to as "S". The polymer is melted by the extrusion machine and fiber spinning from the spinneret part, filament drawn by suction air then drops randomly on the fiber forming device, and finally embossed by the calender machine.
This kind of nonwoven fabric is widely used in the printing industry, packing materials, agricultural coverage, and other fields.
