The Spunbond nonwoven fabric making machine is a complete production line that uses polypropylene granules as the raw material and utilizes the most recent spunbond spinning technology to create endless filaments.
It is a continuous, integrated production line that creates a fabric web directly from polymer granules. As a primary machinery for Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric (S) production, it is distinguished by its simplicity, affordability, and great efficiency. It is the best option for producers aiming for high-volume, cost-conscious markets where a uniform structure satisfies functional needs.
HG-1600S / 2400S / 3200S Series
These machines can produce spunbond nonwoven fabric with maximum widths of 1600mm, 2400mm, or 3200mm, ranging from 10-200 GSM.
Our production lines feature an integrated design covering the entire process from raw material handling to finished product winding:
1. Raw Material Feeding & Extrusion: PP chips and additives are melted using heated barrels and a rotating screw.
2. Melt Pump & Spinning Beam: Ensures consistent filament thickness by providing precise, constant pressure through the spinneret.
3. Filament Quenching & Drawing: Cool air solidifies filaments, which are then stretched by high-speed air jets to increase strength.
4. Web Formation & Suction: Filaments are randomly scattered onto a moving belt with underlying suction to ensure a uniform web.
5. Thermal Bonding (Calendering): The web passes through heated steel rollers to fuse filaments into a strong, flat fabric.
6. Winding & Slitting: Finished fabric is wound into jumbo rolls and trimmed or slit to required widths.
